Is the Ford Fiesta ST more powerful in the US than the UK?

Mon, 06 May 2013

And although the Fiesta ST manages to undercut the new 208 GTI by £2k, it doesn’t need a hair shirt approach to equipment to achieve it, but comes equipped with AirCon, 17″ alloys, a bit of a body kit and lowered suspension. Throw another £1,000 in the pot for the ST2 and you’ll also get Keyless, leather and Climate. A decent offering.

Alfa Romeo/IED Gloria [w/gallery]

Thu, 21 Feb 2013

The European Institute of Design (IED) in Turin will unveil its new Gloria concept, developed in collaboration with Alfa Romeo Style Center, at next month's Geneva motor show. These renders of the sports sedan concept, which is 4,200mm long, 1,920mm wide, 1,320mm high sitting on a wheelbase of 2,900mm, show a traditional Alfa grille that feeds into the hood's prominent V-shaped character lines. Two leather hood straps in front of the windshield are a nod to the brand's older models.

Citroen C1 Recall – only 36 UK cars affected

Mon, 01 Feb 2010

Citroen are recalling just 36 cars in the UK over the sticky throttle problem Yesterday we ran a story on the Toyota Recall spreading to affect Citroen and Peugeot, and commenting that we thought the number of cars in the UK that would be affected would be relatively small, certainly in comparison to the number of Toyotas affected. And it turns out we were right – just 36 Citroen C1s sold in the UK have a potential problem. Which is very good news for Citroen.
